API announces partnership with CNAS and MERICS on Technology Alliance Project


Asia Pacific Initiative (API) is pleased to announce a partnership with the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) in the US and the Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS) in Germany as part of CNAS’s Technology Alliance Project.

The Technology Alliance Project aims to achieve broad coordination and collaboration among like-minded nations to protect liberal-democratic institutions as emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biotechnology, and next-generation telecommunications come to occupy a central role in the new era of great power competition.
