RJIF hosts seminar for visiting students from National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy

On February 26th, Rebuild Japan Initiative Foundation hosted a seminar for visiting graduate students from the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. As part of a 5th annual Japan study trip, the LKY students had the opportunity to take part in a series of opinion exchanges with Japanese government leaders, journalists, businesses people, and private citizens. RJIF Chairman Yoichi Funabashi and Researcher Izumi Wakugawa engaged the group on the international relations of Asia and conflict and peacebuilding in the region, providing insight into Japan’s role in these matters and an opportunity for the students to share their own diverse perspectives.
