The Rebuild Japan Initiative Foundation Intern Jorel Chan held a photography exhibition, “Vestige of their Hearts,” at Embassy of Japan in Singapore’s Japan Creative Centre from March 11 to 18, 2017. It was a commemorative event marking the 6th anniversary of the 3.11 Great East Japan Earthquake, and Mr. Chan presented his photographs depicting the humanitarian progress in the Tohoku region.

The exhibition was featured on The Straits Times and their article introduces his work as capturing not only the aftermath but also hope. The article also introduces a comment by H.E. Ambassador Kenji Shinoda during his visit to the exhibition.
